PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service for supporting the usage promotion of nuclear power generation.

SOLUTION: The system is provided with the means for: acquiring and storing actual operation result data of nuclear power generation in a nuclear power generation actual operation result database; calculating an actual result operation rate of nuclear power generation on the basis of the actual operation result data of nuclear power generation stored in the nuclear power generation actual operation result database; disclosing the calculated actual result operation rate of nuclear power generation so that the calculated actual result operation result can be browsed from the outside through a communication network; and for acquiring an actual result of a power consumption of a customer supporting nuclear power generation and calculating an electric power rate of the customer with a discount rate predetermined in accordance with the calculated actual result operation rate of nuclear power generation.
