<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller having at least one or more conductive rubber elastic layers on the outer periphery of a conductive shaft body, the conductive roller being designed so as to excel in surface smoothness. <P>SOLUTION: In the conductive rubber roller in which at least one or more non-foam rubber layers are formed on a conductive core material and the shape of the rubber layer is adjusted by a surface grinding process after vulcanization, the tear strength of the rubber composition of the rubber layer is 5 to 22kN/m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
