PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine in which a lead wire (power line and neutral line) can be easily processed and the coil end height of a stator can be set low, and a method of processing a lead wire terminal thereof. SOLUTION: In a three-phase motor 10, power line terminals 21U, 21V and 21W and a neutral line terminal 23 is led out of a stator 11. The three-phase motor 10 is provided with fixing portions 32U, 32V and 32W for fixing the power wire terminals 21U, 21V and 21W; and a terminal base 30 in which a fixing portion 33 for fixing the neutral line terminal 23 is integrally formed.
