PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable laying apparatus which is simple and inexpensive in structure, can apply an adhesive to a surface of a base course in a short construction period and with high reliability, and can lay an asphalt mixture onto the same. SOLUTION: An asphalt laying vehicle 1 is formed of a hopper 4 in which the heated asphalt mixture 10 is stored, a body 5, a leveling arm portion 6, a screed 7, and an adhesive applying device 20. The adhesive applying device 20 includes a space securing member 21 for securing a space between a concrete floor slab 50 and the device itself, an adhesive dripping means 30 for dripping the epoxy resin adhesive to the concrete floor slab 50, and an adhesive coating and leveling means 22 for coating and leveling the dripped epoxy resin adhesive. Before the epoxy resin adhesive dripped onto the concrete floor slab 50, penetrates or infiltrates into the concrete floor slab and cracks formed therein, it is separated from the heated asphalt mixture 10 by the space securing member 21, and contact between the former and the latter can be avoided.
