PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a board, which allows a rational board design and compatibly attaining workability in replacing the board and certainty of the connection of the board. SOLUTION: This connection structure is constituted of a first board 50 mounted with a first connector member 53r on its back side, a second board 30 mounted with a second connector member 53 fittable/detachable relative to the first connector member on its surface side, and a board holder 60 receiving the first board and storing and retaining the first connector member 53r exposed. The board holder 60 is provided with a hook part 65 projecting to the back side, while the second board 30 is formed to be opened with a hook receiving hole 35 engaged with the hook part 65 and locking the board holder 60 and, when the first board 50 is stored in the board holder 60 and the first connector 53r is fitted and connected to the second connector 53p, the hook part 65 is engaged with the hook receiving hole 35 and the first board 50 is retained to lock to the second board 30.
