The station has a sealing cap that is removed from a filling device for filling with a device e.g. felt-writer/signing pin, to be filled. A felt-writing/marking fluid flows from a filled re-filling station to a barely filled felt-writer/signing pin by using a capillary action. A filling unit allows complementary filling of a loading station, and an opening in the felt-writer/signing pin is provided in a part of a suitable service-station. An independent claim is also included for a method for refilling a fluid-writing device/-marking device e.g. felt marker/signer/marker.
