<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing mulberry jam having mulberry coagulating in a jelly-like state and contributing to health, in view of the fact that mulberry is not suitable for the main raw material of jam because of the property of hardly dissolving and coagulating even by adding heat. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the mulberry jam comprises mixing frozen mulberry with agar, sugar and water, and boiling the product while stirring.
