PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body structure of a vehicle of three seats, short in the total length. SOLUTION: This car body structure of the vehicle has right and left doors 8 arranged on both right and left sides of a cabin, a side sill 6 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction on both right and left sides in the car width direction, a cabin floor 20 joining both edge parts to these side sills, a driver's seat 62 arranged on the cabin floor and adjacently arranged to any of right and left doors, and a fellow occupant seat 64 of two persons juxtaposed in the car width direction with this driver's seat. The cabin floor has a driver's seat floor 80 extending in a lower part of the driver's seat and a fellow occupant seat floor 82, 81 extending in a lower part of the fellow occupant seat. This fellow occupant seat floor has an upper surface part 82 extending in a position above the driver's seat floor.
