<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antigen-expressing activated dendritic cells. <P>SOLUTION: Such the dendritic cells are used for presenting tumor, viral or bacterial antigen to T cells, and can be useful in a vaccination protocols. It is possible to use other cytokines in separate, sequential or simultaneous combination with the activated and antigen-pulsed dendritic cells.
