<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-walled contact detector to detect contact of a structural material with less number of cables. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film resister group 2 in which a plurality of thin-walled thin film resisters 21 are connected in series is installed at one structural material 4a, and a plurality of thin-walled thin film short circuit electrodes 31 having no mutual electrical connection are installed opposite to the thin film resister 21.
