<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for ligating living tissues, decreasing the number of parts of an engagement part of a clip and a manipulating wire to lower the manufacturing cost and facilitate mounting work for the clip. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus for ligating living tissues includes: the manipulating wire 4 inserted in an introducing tube 1; a clip 3 having a base end part and a holding portion formed of a plurality of arm portions extending from the base end and elastically energized in the expanding direction; and a wire loop part 4a directly hooked on the base end part of the clip 3 to be engaged with each other without another engagement part, wherein the introducing tube 1 and the manipulating wire 3 are relatively moved forward and backward, whereby the force for detaching the clip 3 from the manipulating wire 4 is applied to the manipulating wire 4 so that the wire loop part 4a is broken to release the engagement with the clip 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
