PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll for removing dust, which enables an effective prevention of an occurrence of a dust accumulation due to steps caused by left-over dust, a spread in a winding direction of a section line, an embossment in a vertical direction from a roll outer surface, etc. and of multiple peelings or the like in peeling the used outermost peripheral portion (a renewal portion) by cutting with the section line, respectively, and at the same time, is easy to cut or peel the renewal portion, and the simple and efficient manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An adhesive tape 1 is constituted so as to have a plurality of continuous section lines 12 stretching from one end to the other end in a width direction at a predetermined interval in a wind-up direction, and the continuous section lines 12 are constituted by making the interval L of the continuous section lines 12 larger sequentially toward the outer periphery side so as to overlap at the substantially same position in the state wherein the adhesive tape 1 is winded up to a winding core 2. Further, the cut part of the continuous section lines 12 is constituted not to rise in the vertical direction from the outer surface, and so as to adhere tightly without spreading in the reeling direction.
