PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counting device of a dispensing device, capable of automatically counting the number of tablet sheets for highly reliable inventory management, and an inventory management device using the same. SOLUTION: The counter 431 of the dispensing device 1 is for counting the number of PTP (press through package) tablet sheets 900 stacked in a tablet cassette 500. An opening is bored on the front wall of the tablet cassette 500, and the counter 431 is disposed to face the opening of the tablet cassette 500 to count the number of the PTP tablet sheets 900 through the opening. The inventory management data on the PTP tablet sheets 900 are created based on the data on the number of the PTP tablet sheets 900 counted by the counter 431 and the data on the package unit stored in a storage part as a database related to the medicament information.
