PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To devise how to determine an operation start time of day so that full dry to be the final process of a selected operation course can be finished in good timing at a reserved completion time of day without wasteful consumption of energy. SOLUTION: A dishwasher includes a washing tank, a rotating nozzle, a washing pump, a drainage pump, a water supply valve, a heater, a dry fan, a water level sensor, a temperature sensor, a control means, and the like, and the dishwasher performs washing process, rinsing process and drying process. The dishwasher includes: a means for setting operation completion time of day for making a reservation of the operation completion time of day of the dishwasher; a means for determining a time required for operation for determining a time required for operation in accordance with the water temperature of water to be supplied for the washing tank after making a reservation of the operation completion time of day; and a means for calculating the operation start time of day for calculating an operation start time of day of the dishwasher from the operation completion time of day and the time required for the operation.
