A medicine injection device driven by a drive signal. The medicine injection device has a means for identifying the ID of a patient and causes a medicine to be given to the patient by a medicine injection device (120) (iontophoresis devices (10, 50, 60)) driven by a drive signal that is made effective after the ID of the patient to whom the medicine is to be given is confirmed. A server (130) manages the use condition of the medicine based on information on actual drive of the medicine injection device (120), confirming whether or not the administered medicine is correctly used.
