A process for making a flexible substrate provided with one or more electrically conductive areas (6, 6a, 6b) comprising: providing a flexible substrate (1) made of a sheet material; providing forming means (4) for at least one first electrically conductive area, said means (4) having a profile (4a) delimiting an area defined on said substrate (1), and a thickness defined along a direction substantially orthogonal to said substrate (1); applying an electrically conductive paste onto said flexible substrate (1) by means of said forming means (4), thereby obtaining a first electrically conductive area (6, 6a) having the shape delimited by the area and the thickness defined by said profile (4a); causing solidification of the conductive paste of said first conductive area (6, 6a); causing mutual engagement between the conductive paste of said first conductive area (6 6a) and said substrate (1).
