An antenna and a mobile communication terminal using the same are provided to improve an antenna reception characteristic of the mobile communication terminal by preventing deterioration of an antenna characteristic in closing a folder of a folder-type mobile communication terminal. An antenna(10) includes a case, a substrate(100), a first pattern part(120), a second pattern part, and a feeding bushing part(110). The substrate is mounted on the case. The first pattern part is formed on one surface of the substrate. The second pattern part is connected to the first pattern part through a predetermined via hole and is formed on the other surface of the substrate. The feeding bushing part is connected to the first pattern part or the second pattern part, and is formed to perform an SMT(Surface Mount Technology) on the substrate.
