A bag convertible to a garment comprises a shoulder bag, clutch bag, handbag or beach bag or the like that converts to a garment, the garment being reversible and the bag having a central compartment having a removable and changeable cover that can be worn separately as a sarong 16. The garment may have adjustable shoulder straps and the whole device may be fully washable. When in garment form, the device can be worn over other items of clothing such as jeans or beach wear and may be spilt up the sides so as not to restrict the movement of the wearer. |
