<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ferrite material by which saturation magnetic flux density of the Mn-Zn based ferrite is improved with a simple procedure. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing of the ferrite material consisting essentially of 62-68 mol% Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 12-20 mol% ZnO and the balance substantially MnO is provided with a molding process for obtaining a molding using powder which has 2.5-5.0 m<SP>2</SP>/g specific surface, 90% of which has ≤10 μm particle diameter and which contains the essential ingredients and a firing process for firing the molding obtained by the molding process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
