A portable cosmetic container using a thermoelectric element is provided to consume a small amount of electric power by operating a thermoelectric element only when an over cap is rotated. A cosmetic container includes a container body(10), a discharge portion(20), an over cap(100), a battery receiving portion(200) and a conductive body(300). The discharge portion is coupled to the upper end of the container body, and has a pushing member(21). The over cap includes a thermoelectric element(110) and a heat sink(120). The thermoelectric element is disposed on the upper part of the pushing member and cools the discharge portion. The battery receiving portion is disposed on the lower end of the container body, and receives a battery(210) to supply electricity to the thermoelectric element. The conductive body transmits the electricity of the battery to the thermoelectric element. |
