<p>A transfer method of a tray for storing a semiconductor device is provided to withdraw the semiconductor device from a disabled tray, and to reuse the tray by transferring the tray to an empty storing part or an unloading set plate. A transfer apparatus picks up each tray and transfers the tray to a load set plate(s100). The plural semiconductor devices stored in the tray are transferred to a test tray through a buffer unit(s200). If the semiconductor device is not picked up(s300), the transfer apparatus transfers the tray to a semiconductor device withdrawal unit(s400). And the tray is transferred to an empty storing unit by the transfer apparatus(s600). The tray storing semiconductor devices which finish the test is transferred to an unloading unit, at this time the tray is needed to be replaced on an unloading set plate(s700). The transfer apparatus transfers the tray to a corresponding unloading unit according to the quality of the semiconductor device, picks up an empty tray to be transferred to the set plate, and replaces the tray on the unloading set plate(s800).</p> |
