A special solidification agent is provided to solidify dredged soils to such an extent that the dredged soils can be utilized as building materials and the like, and a manufacturing method of dredged soils using the special solidification agent is provided. A solidification method of dredged soils comprises the steps of: (1) adding 20 to 35 weight parts of a sulfate compound into 100 weight parts of dredged soil to remove water contained in the dredged soil; and (2) adding a solidification agent comprising C4AF(calcium aluminoferrite) and Ca(OH)2 into the water-removed dredged soil to solidify the dredged soil. The dredged soil is marine dredged soil or river dredged soil having a water content of 40 to 150%. The sulfate compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of calcium sulfate(CaSO4), potassium sulfate(K2SO4), sodium sulfate(Na2SO4), ferrous sulfate(FeSO4), ferric sulfate(Fe2(SO4)3), and hydrates thereof. The method comprises simultaneously adding the sulfate compounds and a strong alkali powder into the dredged soil in the step(1). The strong alkali powder is at least one selected from the group consisting of calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, quicklime, slaked lime, and limestone. |
