An embossing decoration material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to mass-produce the embossing decoration materials by quickly making beads by automatically discharging the set amount of epoxy resin on the upside of a deposition film through an injection nozzle and punching the deposition film having lots of beads, by a punching mold. An embossing decoration material manufacturing method comprises the steps of: laminating a primer layer(130) and a hot melt layer(140) at the back side of a deposition film(120) extended in a longitudinal direction(S10); transferring the deposition film toward plural injection nozzles(180) installed at the lateral sides of a roller(170) while repeatedly moving and stopping the laminated deposition film; forming epoxy resin beads(110) at regular intervals on the upside of the deposition film repeatedly moving and stopping in order, while epoxy resin melted by heat is injected on the upside of the deposition film through injection nozzles; and transferring the deposition film having the beads, toward a punching mold(190) installed at the lateral side of the injection nozzle while repeatedly moving and stopping the deposition film, and completing a single embossing decoration material having the beads, by punching the deposition film having the beads by forming punching holes(191) same as the arrangement state of the beads by the punching mold. |
