A system and a method for a security record protocol using shared information of mobile user credentials are provided to establish an authenticated security record protocol between a device client and a general mobile server. A system for security record protocol using shared information of mobile user credentials includes a server(110) and a client(150). The server includes a communication subsystem(112) to communicate with the client, and particularly a communication subsystem(152) on the client through a network. The network for communication is an arbitrary network included in a wired or wireless network. The communication subsystem communicates with a wireless network such as a cellular network or a wireless local area network with a base station or an access point and connects to the server by internet through a series of system components such as a packet data serving node.
