A mounting structure of a shock absorber is provided to absorb shock and vibration transmitted through a piston rod with a pipe washer installed at the top of a damper rubber. A mounting structure of a shock absorber comprises a bracket(30), an insulator(40), a pipe washer(50), and a nut(60). The bracket includes mounting holes(32), a partition(34), and a coupling hole. The mounting holes are formed at two ends of the bracket. The partition divides the inner space of the bracket into upper and lower mounting spaces(36a,36b). The coupling hole is formed at the center of the partition for a piston rod(20). The insulator is provided with a damper rubber(42), and installed in the upper mounting space of the bracket. The pipe washer, which is located on the top of a damper coupling hole formed at the center of the damper rubber installed in the insulator, has a guide hole. The piston rod is secured by the nut after passing through the lower mounting space of the bracket, the damper coupling hole, and the pipe washer.
