FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: said invention relates to quick-release elements of flange connections, in particular, to band clamps. The clamp consists of a tie band with loop knots, in which band-fixed tie elements are installed, and a tie bolt and nut. On one side of the tie band there is a recess, links being provided with outer clamps, while tension sleeves with side shoulders act as tie elements. On shoulders of the first sleeve, there are flats, while inner surfaces of the other sleeve are parallel-plane, a clearance of 2-3% of the tie band outer diameter is being provided between the sleeve flat surface and the nut end. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability of the machine fastening security and enhanced ease of the clamp manufacture and installation. ^ 2 dwg |
