FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: mastic compound is designed for pipeline protection and can be applied in construction and maintenance of various pipelines including underground oil pipelines, oil-products pipelines during summer and winter. Protective bitumen-polymer mastic applied for anticorrosive protective coatings of underground pipelines contains mixture of bitumen BND-60/90 and BN-70/30, thermoelastolayer and petroleum polymer resin. Besides mastic is added with polybutadiene low-molecular rubber, and mastic has the following composition, mass %: bitumen BND-60/90 7-14, bitumen BN-70/30 60-85, thermoelastolayer 4-12, petroleum polymer resin 2-10, polybutadiene low-molecular rubber 5-10. ^ EFFECT: improved quality and lifetime of anticorrosive protective coatings of underground pipelines. |
