AN INCREASING DEVICE OF THE NANO-MATERIAL CONTENT AND THE RESIN EXTRACTION METHOD FOR USING OF THE SAME

A device for increasing in quantity of nano material and a method of resin extraction using the device are provided to improve mechanical strength of nano material by increasing the rate of nano material resin, to improve the quality of a mixture comprising nano material by completing the process in vacuum atmosphere and to increase productivity by reducing process step. A device(100) for increasing in quantity of nano material has: mold(120) for taking a mixture(M) comprising nano material and resin in an input space(122) which has an opening on the top; resin extraction subsidiary part(140) which absorbs resin by blocking the upper side of the input mixture(M) in the input space(122) and guides the absorbed resin out of the input space(122); press plate(160) which is inserted in the input space(122) for blocking the resin extract subsidiary part(140); and vacuum compress subsidiary part(180) which partially blocks the upper part of the mold(120) while being connected to a vacuum pump on a side, and presses the press plate(160) on working of the vacuum pump. The input mixture(M) is in a state of liquid in which nano material is dispersed by ultrasonic homogenizer. The resin extraction subsidiary part(140) has extraction sheet(142) which blocks the upper part of the mixture(M) while being projected out of the input space(122) at an end in order to extract resin; and absorption sheet(144) which is laminated on the face of the extraction sheet(142) for absorbing resin which is through the extraction sheet(142). The mold(120) has heating means(124) for selective heating of the mixture(M) on a side. A method for resin extraction using the device comprises steps of: putting nano material and resin mixture(M) in the input space(122) formed in the mold(120); installing the extraction subsidiary part by blocking the upper part of the mixture(M) with resin extraction subsidiary part(140) which selectively absorb the resin; placing the press plate(160) on the face of the resin extraction subsidiary part(140); sealing the input space(122) and a part of the mold(120) with non-breathable vacuum compress subsidiary part(180); making vacuum in the input space(122) by means of vacuum pump; and extracting resin through the resin extraction subsidiary part(140) by pressing the press plate(160).
