LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS REGASIFICATION PROCESS AND PLANT

An LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) regasification process and a plant thereof are provided to improve energy efficiency of the whole LNG regasification process by using waste gas energy. An LNG regasification plant includes a storage tank(10), a supply pump(20), a vaporizer(30), a circulation pump(40), and a first heat exchanger(50). The storage tank stores LNG. The supply pump draws out the LNG inside the storage tank. The vaporizer transfers heat between the LNG supplied from the supply pump and a first heat exchanger fluid and vaporizes the LNG into natural gas. The circulation pump circulates the first heat exchanger fluid cooled at the vaporizer. The first heat exchanger transfers heat between the first heat exchanger fluid supplied from the circulation pump and air and heats the first heat exchanger fluid.
