A notepad using a USB(Universal Serial Bus) memory device is provided to enable a user to view a stored menu through an LCD window and sound an alarm through a mini speaker when the user set up an alarm function. A USB memory device is connected to a USB port of a PC, and includes a USB port(10), a case protecting an embedded flash memory, an LCD(20) for displaying a memo to a user, and a mini speaker outputting an alarm. The case has a stick shape and a button for turning on/off an alarm function is installed to the center of lower surface of the case. The mini speaker outputting the alarm is installed to one end of lower surface of the case. The LCD is installed to upper surface of the case and the USB port is installed to one side of the case. Buttons for controlling the menu displayed in the LCD are installed on the other side of the case.
