An insulating joint for gas- and oil pipelines consists of two tubular half-couplings 1, 2 with flanges 3, 4 at the ends and insulator 5 installed between the flanges. Flange 4 of half-coupling 2 is equipped with tubular shell 6 and end ring 7 at its end with formation between the shell 6, ring 7 and part of insulator 5 that is in direct joint with flange 3 and tubular part of half-coupling 1 of circular cavity with possibility to fill that one with filling agent 8 with expanding effect, at that in the ring 7 openings 9 are provided for bringing through these filling agent 8. Filler 8 includes in specified ratio Portland cement, milled burnt lime, technical sucrose or flue ash of heat power plants mixed on water with formation of concrete solution. Part of insulator 5 that is in contact with flanges 3, 4 is arranged as annular end gasket 10 made of polymer material, for instance polyamide, with bosses 11 for fitting and centering in flanges 3, 4, at that at outer surfaces of bosses 11 rubber seals 12 is mounted, and at the end part of the gasket 10 at both sides annular prominent teeth 13, for instance in triangular form, are placed. Part of insulator 5 that is in direct contact with flange 3 of half-coupling 1, shell 6 of half-coupling 2 and filler 8 is arranged as layer of epoxy tar 14. Part of insulator 5 that is in direct contact with tubular part of half-coupling 1, end ring 7 of half-coupling 2 and filler 8 is arranged as insulation layer formed by winding of tar strip 15 to tubular part of half-coupling 1. |
