A method for mounting cylinders of steam turbine, mostly of low pressure cylinders at preventive repair of turbo unit includes sequential assemblage, strapping, lifting and transportation of cylinder with crane to place of installation on foundation, preliminary adjustment of cylinder in position lifted over foundation, application to cylinder in vertical and horizontal directions of forces from the foundation for end check of its position in axial direction, coaxiality of cylinder and rotor in horizontal and vertical planes, plane of horizontal dismounting of the cylinder in cross direction and installation of cylinder to dynamometers resting on the foundation, with control of that position. Before beginning of implementation of mounting operations one performs dismantling of cylinder from the foundation with following milling and scraping surface of the foundation plates and support booms of the platform of the lower half of the cylinder. One installs on the foundation plates preliminarily prepared gaskets area of which is equal to contact area of those booms, this provides adjoining of surfaces of foundation plates, contact surfaces of booms and gaskets not less than 85 % over the area of surface plate, one performs assemblage of cylinder and controls changes of loads by dynamometers at installation of gaskets and mounting. |
