摘要 <p>A method for amplifying multiple genes simultaneously is provided to amplify the multiple genes through one polymerase chain reaction using a primer designed to form a bugle at the center when hybridized into a template gene, thereby contributing to development of research relating to genes. A method for amplifying multiple genes simultaneously comprises the steps of: (a) selecting respectively a portion to be amplified from 2-30 target genes; (b) determining a nucleotide sequence capable of being complimentarily coupled to a nucleotide sequence of a 5'-terminal of each of the selected portion and constructing 2-30 sense primers where 2-4 bp nucleotide sequence located at the center portion of the determined nucleotide sequence is substituted with 5-8 bp dNTP nucleotide sequence; (c) determining a nucleotide sequence capable of being complimentarily coupled to a nucleotide sequence of a 3'-terminal of each of the selected portion and constructing 2-30 anti-sense primers where 2-4 bp nucleotide sequence located at the center portion of the determined nucleotide sequence is substituted with 5-8 bp dNTP nucleotide sequence; (d) mixing the 2-30 target genes, the 2-30 sense primers and the anti-sense primers and performing one time polymerase chain reaction using the mixture; and (e) identifying an amplified obtained from the step(d) through an electrophoresis method, a hybridization using a bead array or a hybridization using a microarray, wherein the dNTP is dATP, dTTP, dCTP or dGTP. Further, an identifying the obtained amplified is performed by an electrophoresis method, a crossing method using beadarray and a crossing method using microarray.</p>
