<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electricity expense in an electricity saving method for building using an electricity accumulation facility and natural energy. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises providing an electricity accumulation/discharge device which accumulates electricity in the nighttime and discharging the electricity in the daytime as needed, and a power generation device using natural energy.
