<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve inexpensive and safe management in respect to an information providing program for authenticating a patient. <P>SOLUTION: On a display picture 600 of inquiry information, rows of teeth which are image information of portions to be treated are displayed. Where, the inquiry information is assumed to be "time-series treated portions in the past and at present in dentistry". At first, a cursor 601 is moved from a state (A) and the upper right 7-th tooth is selected to set a state (B). In the state (B), the selected tooth is inversely displayed by black. Circled numbers express selection order. Then, the cursor 601 is moved from the state (B) and the lower left 6-th tooth is selected to set a state (C). Finally, the cursor 601 is moved from the state (C) and the lower right 6-th tooth is selected to set a state (D).
