PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a plurality of multi flow-type heat exchangers 100A, 100B by cutting and separating one assembled joined body. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a first process for disposing a tube 111 between both header tank portions 120, 130, a second process for disposing partitioning members 103 for closing spaces in the header tank portions 120, 130 in the tank longitudinal direction, respectively two by two at opposed parts on the way of the tank longitudinal direction, of both header tank portions 120, 130, a third process for joining these assemblys 1 as a whole, and a forth process for separating the plurality of heat exchangers 100A, 100B by cutting the parts respectively between two sheets of partitioning members 103 along the tube longitudinal direction. The plurality of multi flow-type heat exchangers can be manufactured by partitioning both header tank portions 120, 130 by the plurality of partitioning members 103 in the tank longitudinal direction, and cutting the parts respectively between the partitioning members along the tube longitudinal direction.
