A turning type lighting lamp apparatus is provided to supply a dynamically spectacular lamp ornament by directly rotating the lighting lamp together with a rotational plate without twisting a wire for supplying power. A turning type lighting lamp apparatus includes a motor(20) having a fixing unit(12) and a supporting body(10) driven by being electrically connected by the medium of a transformer(24) and a circuit board(26) to which power is supplied from outside through a power cord(21). One end of a supporting pipe(30) is supported to be erect against the fixing plate. A driven gear(40) is supported to be rotatable to the supporting pipe positioned on a top of the fixing plate. The driven gear is rotated by receiving the power from a driving gear(44). A rotating plate(50) is embedded into the supporting pipe to rotate together with the driven gear. First and second connection terminals(61,62) in a shape of a ring are fixed to a top surface of the rotating plate. First and second lead wires(61a,62a) are connected to the first and second connection terminals, respectively. A supporting plate is detachably fixed to the other end of the supporting pipe at a predetermined distance from the fixing plate. First and second brushes(81,82) are fixed to the fixing plate and are connected to third and fourth lead wires(81a,82a), respectively. A supporting cap(90) is covered to a top of the rotating plate and rotates together with the rotating plate. A lamp(100) is mounted on a top of the supporting cap. A lamp cover(110) is non-rotatably coupled to the supporting body to protect the lamp.
