PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fogging agent composition excellent in anti-fogging effect, without forming whitening or cracking even on applying on the surface of a synthetic resin, etc., and further excellent in the lasting property of the anti-fogging effect, and the synthetic resin applied with the anti-fogging composition. SOLUTION: This anti-fogging agent composition contains a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester, and at least 1 kind of a phosphoric acid-based compound selected from a group consisting of a compound expressed by general formula (1) and a compound expressed by general formula (2) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>3</SP>are each a 1-22C alkyl or alkenyl, or an alkylaryl having a 6-20C alkyl; X<SP>1</SP>to X<SP>3</SP>are each an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal; A<SP>1</SP>to A<SP>3</SP>are each a 2-4C alkylene; m<SB>1</SB>to m<SB>3</SB>are each 0 to 8 number; and m<SB>1</SB>+m<SB>2</SB>is 0 to 8 number].
