PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tea extract-containing beverage which has a high clarity degree and excellent flavor. SOLUTION: This method for producing the beverage comprises emitting bubbles of a median diameter of 1-200μm to tea extract or tea extracted solution-containing solution, and removing a bubble layer formed on a solution surface.
