PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently block opening between a pair of link arms when the pair of the link arms rotates. SOLUTION: On a bracket 32 provided on the link arm 16, an upper surface wall portion 38 disposed separately from the link arm 16 in a rotating shaft direction is provided though a clearance 46 in which a first shielding plate 24 can be inserted. A rotating shaft member 40 retains a second shielding plate 26 on the upper surface wall portion 38. Even when the pair of the link arms 16, 18 is rotated in a vehicular fore-and-aft direction front side (R1 direction), the rotating shaft member 40 can be prevented from interfering with the first shielding plate 24 in a moving track of the first shielding plate 24. Therefore, a notch for suppressing the interference with the rotating shaft member 40 need not to be provided on the first shielding plate 24 (or the notch can be made small). Consequently, the opening 19 of the pair of the link arms 16, 18 can be further sufficiently blocked when the pair of the link arms 16, 18 rotates. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
