摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the position and the attitude of an object arranged inside a virtual space with a smooth movement. <P>SOLUTION: A measurement part 302 measures the position and the attitude of a controller connected to a game device 300. On the basis of the position and attitude of the controller measured by the measurement part 302, an update part 303 arranges an enclosing object around a target object to be the target of attitude control inside the virtual space. The update part 303 changes the position and the attitude of the target object on the basis of traction power which tries to approximate to the reference position and the reference attitude of the target object and damping force in the direction opposite to speed of the target object. The update part 303 increases the traction power in proportion to the extent of deviation in the position and the attitude of the target object with respect to the enclosing object and increases the damping force in proportion to the speed of the target object.
