PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-step focusing structure for accurately focusing and enhancing image quality. SOLUTION: The two-step focusing structure includes: a lens module; a permanent magnet surrounding the lens module; upper and lower coil bases separately arranged at both ends of the permanent magnet; and upper and lower coils wound around the upper and lower coil bases respectively; wherein each coil base includes a substrate formed extending from the coil part in a radial direction, the permanent magnet is stored in a storage space formed between the substrate of the upper coil base and the substrate of the lower coil base. The lens module is moved by the action of a magnetic field generated with the power supply to the coil and the action of the permanent magnet, and the permanent magnet is also moved in the space.
