PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating property measuring device for a rotary-linear motion converting mechanism capable of accurately measuring the job converting efficiency of the rotary-linear motion converting mechanism. SOLUTION: The operating property measuring device comprises a torque measuring device having a function of inputting torque to a ring shaft and a function of measuring the size of the torque inputted to the ring shaft, and a load measuring device having a function of inputting a thrust load to a sun shaft 3 and a function of measuring the size of the thrust load inputted to the sun shaft 3. The load measuring device is composed of a spring mechanism for generating a thrust load, and a connection mechanism 56 for transmitting a force between the spring mechanism and the sun shaft 3. The connection mechanism 56 is composed of a first connection mechanism 6 connected to the sun shaft 3, and a second connection mechanism 7 connected to the spring mechanism.
