<p>An apparatus for manufacturing a polymer concrete product by using disused polyethylene comprises a general cutter for cutting disused polyethylene film; a melting compressor 10 for melting and compressing the cut disused polyethylene film; a sand work supplier 20 including a sand storing hopper 21 for storing sand, a conveyor 20 for carrying sand, a dryer 23, a cooler 24 and a screen 28; a compression mixer 30 connected to discharge stages of the melting compressor 10 and the sand work supplier 20 and for receiving the melt-compressed liquid disused polyethylene and sand and for making the uniform mixture; a transfer conveyor 30 for transferring the mixture produced at the compression mixer 30 into a press molding device; the press molding device 40 for molding the transferred mixture into a predetermined shape; a mesh conveyor 40 for moving the formed product into a cooler; the cooler 41 for cooling the molded product.</p> |
