Disclosed is a method for total chromocolonoscopy wherein a 0.2 % indigo carmine solution is used as dye. During the inspection up to the head of blind colon the examination of mucous membrane is performed in white light with the possibility of use of electronic chromoscopy (NBI, FICE, i-scan), further the colonoscope is taken out from blind intestine to the hepatic corner, at this time through the channel of colonoscope a catheter is led in the head of blind colon, and through it dye is injected in amount of up to 6.0 ml. |
