PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for transmitting and receiving a packet in which transmission efficiency is enhanced by utilizing wireless resources sufficiently. SOLUTION: The method for transmitting and receiving a packet comprises a step for actuating an HARQ process, a step for actuating packet transmission, and a step for repeating the transmissions of the packet until an acknowledgment signal corresponding to a predetermined number of packets is received.
