<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology preventing malfunction of a device when resuming power supply to the device in a power saving mode. <P>SOLUTION: When a state that an input signal to a controller 101 is absent for a prescribed time continues, this information processor 100 controls a power supply part 103, makes the power supply part 103 stop the power supply to a connection part 102 to perform transfer to the power saving mode. When the controller 101 receives the input signal in the power saving mode, the information processor 100 resumes the supply of power to the connection part 102. At this time, the controller 101 turns on a first switch, and turns on a second switch after a voltage level of a second power source 115 is stabilized.
