PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve brightness and a life, arbitrarily adjust an light-emitting wavelength, and reutilize an illuminator which is deteriorated to become unusable in an organic EL illuminator. SOLUTION: In the organic EL illuminator, a cylindrical tube 1 is made of transparent glass, and both ends are sealed with a sealing parts 2 and an O-ring 3. As for the inside of the cylindrical tube 1, a protection film 5, a transparent anode 6, a hole transport layer 7, an electron transportation blue light-emitting layer 8, an electron transportation yellow light-emitting layer 9, an electron transport layer 10, an alkaline metal layer 11, and a cathode 12 are film-formed in this order, and electric power is supplied from a wire 13, an electrode 4, and a direct current power supply 14.
