PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing fixing method for efficiently fixing a bearing to a predetermined part within a short period of time without scattering very small abrasive powder. SOLUTION: This method includes an aligning step of aligning the fastening part of the bearing 2 with the fastening part of a predetermined part (drive base 4), and a fastening step of fastening the parts to be fastened by a screw 32 to fix the bearing to a predetermined part. One of the two fastening parts is provided with a sealing member 34 continued to surround the part to be fastened.
