PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact ion exchanger with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the ion exchanger 1 where a plurality of resin containers 3 filled with an ion exchange resin 2 communicate with each other and make water to be treated sequentially pass through the resin containers 3 to be purified, a support block 4 in which a plurality of accommodation holes 25, 26, 27 each for accommodating the resin container 3 are formed is formed. In the support block 4, treated water passages 28, 28 for communicating with the adjacent accommodation holes 25, 26, 27 so that the water to be treated sequentially flows through the resin containers 3 accommodated in the respective accommodation holes 25, 26, 27, an introduction passage 29 for introducing untreated water to be treated into the most upstream accommodation hole 25, and a discharge passage 30 for discharging the treated water to be treated from the most downstream accommodation hole 27 are formed.
